Build Brand Awareness
One of the main benefits of being a speaker is building brand awareness. By sharing your interview or pre-recorded session with the audience, you are positioning yourself as an expert. You are building brand awareness and recognition to a primarily new audience, that is what is so great about all of us coming together in a single event!
Grow Your Email List
Obviously, the main benefit of participating in an event like this is list growth. Once a participant opts in to your freebie, you will be able to continue connect with them beyond the event.
Network with Other Speakers
My favorite part of hosting events like this is the connections. There will be some opportunities to collaborate with the other speakers and make new friends!

All you’ll need to do is set up a 100% discount coupon code so people can access your product for free. For consistency, please use one of the provided coupon codes on the intake form for your coupon code.
New Form/Landing Page
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- You can totally include an order bump, upsell, tripwire, or OTO offer. In fact, we encourage it! Just make sure that if you’re including these options, it doesn’t require them to put in their card details.
- Please make sure your offer is fully functioning and ready to go by May 1st, 2024. Please test and make sure it works before submitting.

Promotional Schedule
You have enough to think about these days, so here is a recommended promotion schedule for you!
Promotional materials will be available by April 14th, 2025.
Please remember that the success of the event relies on our collective effort. Promotion requirements include 1 email and 1 social media post during the promotion period. But the more we all shout it from the rooftops, the better!
- Update your LinkTree page to include your link for the event
- Send email #1 to your list
- Use the Instagram Story templates to announce that you are a speaker!
- Post to Facebook to announce that you are a speaker!
- Add newsletter blurb to your weekly email reminding your subscribers about the event
- Share version 1 of event photo to social media
- Send email #2 to your list
- Go live on Facebook/Instagram sharing about the event
- Share version 2 of event photo to social media
- Use the Instagram Story templates to remind your followers to sign up for the event
- Send email #3 to your list (if you’d like)
- Share version 3 of speaker-specific photo to social media
- Send final push email to your list

The speaker intake form collects all the information I need for the event so that I can properly promote you. Please fill out the speaker intake form here. It should only take a few minutes to fill out.
Sign Up for the Affiliate Program - ASAP
Although this is primarily a free event, we will have a paid upgrade for $47 so make sure to sign up
Plan Your Promotion
Promotion for the event is April 28th - May 11th, 2025. Promotional materials will be available by April 14th so you will have plenty of time to work ahead and get things scheduled if you would like.
See New Leads Rolling In!
The week of the event you'll begin to see new leads joining your list so get excited and celebrate but don't forget to continue nurturing them after the event is over so they'll stay on your list for years to come.
